Introduce A Friend – Loyalty Scheme

This entitles you to receive a free lesson for every person introduced to us. There is no limit to the number you can introduce. So – if you think we’re a great swim school (which we hope you do) – why not start telling all your friends about us & get some FREE swimming lessons?

We thought you might like something back in return! Thank-you for introducing new swimmers to us!

Terms of Our Loyalty Scheme: Introduce A Friend:

  1. The term ‘introduce’ applies only to friend(s) of referee(s) who:
    • Book and pay for at least half a term of mainstream swimming lessons or baby swimming lessons (through Happy Aqua Babies) with Make A Splash Swim School.
    • Prior to being introduced, were new to Happy Aqua Babies and Make A Splash and had never been part of our school.
  2. Voucher(s) cannot be exchanged for money.
  3. Sorry – only one voucher can be issued per swimmer who is introduced to us. (So if a few people have recommended you join us – pick your favourite friend & write his/her name in the space on the booking form!)
  4. Vouchers can only be issued if the referee’s name is stated on the booking form when submitted to us.
  5. Voucher(s) can only be redeemed within one year from date of issue.
  6. Voucher(s) can be used only once.
  7. The Introduce A Friend Scheme applies only to group mainstream swimming lessons (3 years +) and group baby swimming lessons (through Happy Aqua Babies). Scheme doesn’t apply to: private lessons, water yoga or any other aquatic discipline.
  8. Voucher(s) will be issued to the referee(s) towards the end of the course of swimming lessons in which their friend(s) was/were introduced.
  9. Voucher(s) can be redeemed when booking your next course of lessons.
  10. When redeeming voucher(s) during booking your next course, the voucher(s) is/are worth the price of a lesson in the term in which it/ they was/ were issued.
  11. Voucher(s) can only be issued to our current customers and used by our customers.
  12. The loyalty scheme is not applicable to non-customer persons of Happy Aqua Babies and/or Make A Splash employees.
  13. Make A Splash Swim School reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme at any time without prior notice.
